Privacy notice
Last updated: October 2026
This notice explains how Dev Papi Builds (“we”) handles the information you submit through our eligibility / application form and booking pages.
Who is responsible for your data
Dev Papi Builds is the data controller. For any privacy question or request, contact nnamabrahamchidera@gmail.com.
What we collect
Your name, business name, country, sector, team size, revenue range, the tools you use, your description of your operational challenges, your timeline, your email address and (if you provide it) your phone number. We also record which advert or link brought you to the site, and, if you book a call, the time of that call.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To assess whether we can help your business and to arrange and prepare for a discovery call — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To follow up on your enquiry and keep a record of it — our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To measure our advertising with the Meta Pixel — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) where consent is required, including for visitors from the EU/EEA and UK. You can decline, and nothing is sent.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), scheduling (Calendly), email delivery (Resend), optional message alerts to our team (Twilio) and, only with consent, advertising measurement (Meta).
International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA or UK. Where they do, transfers are covered by an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep application data for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted unless you became a client (in which case it forms part of our client records).
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, object to our processing, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing nnamabrahamchidera@gmail.com. We respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (for example the ICO in the UK, the CNIL in France, or your federal state's authority in Germany).
Cookies
The application process uses no advertising cookies unless you accept them. Our booking calendar (Calendly) may set its own cookies and shows its own notice where required.
